Tile Setters Toy Store offers the following basic Returns/Cancellation Policy: Since products occasionally need to be returned for one reason or another, we’d like to make that experience as convenient as possible.
Orders can be cancelled providing the item has not been shipped.
Occasionally a product will get damaged in shipping. Should this happen to your order, please call the shipper who delivered or order to activate their Claims program. If UPS was the shipper, call 1-800-PICKUPS. UPS is reliable and has a customer friendly claims program.
We’ll be glad to accept returns, provided the product is in perfect working order, is still in its original container or box and is in new condition. Item must be returned within 30 days or receipt of product. There will be a 25% restocking fee for products that have been opened, removed or damaged from their original retail packaging.
Please use the Contact Us from to request a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA#) from our Customer Service Department. Indicate the reason for the return in the space provided. Our Returns Department will review your request and respond with an RMA# via Email Please included a copy of our email with your return, mark the RMA# clearly on the outside of the box, and return the product to us via UPS Insured. This will allow the procession of your return as quickly and accurately as possible. Please enclose any additional information with the return including the reason for return.For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. We cannot credit you for merchandise we do not receive.
Once we’ve received your return, we will credit the card that was used to make the purchase. You will be credited the full price of the product, along with any shipping fees* and applicable taxes.
*PLEASE NOTE: Return shipping is refunded only if the product received is not the product ordered.
Our return center cannot process exchanges. If you’ve found another item on our website which you would prefer, please place a separate order for the new item and return the unwanted item under the terms of our return policy.
